Valetines Day.

I went and saw it today. It's that one with ten billion Hollywood Stars in it and was billed as being like Love Actually. Bearing in mind that I love Love Actually (ha), Valentines Day really failed to meet any reasonable expectations. With all the awkward self-awareness of a typical American romantic comedy, it really tries to tie it all together, but it's just not the same. The little kid who was supposed to be in love made me want to punch someone and I just about choked when the little Indian girl said she couldn't play because "she had to work at her parent's restaurant". So anyway, pretty lame. Probably not worth the $15 I paid to see it. Then I bought the new BJM album, Who Killed Sgt. Pepper, and it's a bit too experimental for my tastes. But oh well.
